We have a luxury Gold grade caravan with a large veranda with patio table & chairs and disabled access ramp. It has full direct sea views overlooking Filey Bay and is within easy reach of the main entertainment complex. The large spacious caravan is a 37ft x 12ft ABI Cotswold and is suitable for up to a maximum of 6 people.

It has a large lounge, dining area, kitchen with range style cooker, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and shower room.

The large caravan is very well equipped with double glazing and full gas central heating in all rooms, 24" colour wide screen TV with Sky FreeSat, DVD / CD player and Xbox in lounge, 15"colour TV with DVD and 2nd Sky FreeSat in Bedroom 2, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, range style cooker. There is also all the necessary kitchen items for your use, and a good selection of books, games, dvd's and xbox games to keep all amused.

We provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar to start your holiday break.

All bed linen is provided with beds made up prior to your arrival. A travel cot, bed guard and changing mat are also available for the little ones.

A £50 deposit is all that we require to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before the holiday starts. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.
