Our holiday homes accommodation is a Luxury Willerby Aspen 37ft x 12 ft Gold Grade caravan which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.
It is situated in a quiet location a few minutes walk away from the main entertainments complex and the boating lake and other swimming pool area.
It has a large lounge, dining area, kitchen with range style cooker, double bedroom [en-suite] and 1 twin bedroom, large shower room with toilet and basin.
The large caravan is very well equipped with double glazing and full gas central heating in all rooms, TV/DVD, Freeview set top box,vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, toaster, kettle, microwave and large integrated fridge and freezer.
bed linen and towels are not providedbut can be rented on site.
An £50 deposit is all that we require to secure your booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before the holidays starts. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation.
Please Note - No same sex groups, hirer must be over the age of 25.
Sorry no pets or smoking.
